Return & Exchange Policy for Store Displayed Jewelry ItemsWe hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, should you wish to return or exchange an item, you may do so within 7 days from the original date of purchase. Kindly note that a 20% restocking fee will apply.If you wish to exchange your item for a piece of higher value, we would be pleased to offer you store credit equivalent to 90% of the original purchase price. For exchanges involving items of lesser value, the standard 20% restocking feewill be applied.To ensure the integrity of the jewelry, our team will carefully inspect all returned or exchanged items. We kindly ask that the item be in its original condition, with all documentation and packaging intact. Unfortunately, items that are damaged or missing original invoices cannot be accepted for return or exchange.After the 7-day period, we are unable to accommodate any exchanges.
