Scholarship & Sponsorship Policy1.1 PurposeThe purpose of this Policy is to define the eligibility, responsibilities, and rights of participants in GS JEWEL scholarships, sponsorships, and GS Academy programs. - Applicants must satisfy program-specific requirements and demonstrate integrity, commitment, and alignment with GS JEWEL’s values.
- GS JEWEL reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine program recipients.
- Participation in any GS JEWEL program constitutes explicit consent for GS JEWEL to collect, store, and utilize personal information for program administration, evaluation, research, and related professional purposes.
- GS JEWEL may employ participant data for educational, academic, or promotional purposes, including case studies, publications, or digital media presentations.
- Scholarship and sponsorship recipients grant GS JEWEL irrevocable rights to publish their name, photographic likeness, work samples, achievements, and testimonials for promotional, educational, or institutional purposes.
- Requests for restrictions on the use of personal data or media must be submitted in writing prior to program commencement; GS JEWEL will consider requests consistent with program objectives.
- Recipients must adhere to all program protocols. Non-compliance may result in suspension, revocation of awards, or other remedial action.
- Any disputes will be resolved under GS JEWEL governance protocols; all decisions are final and binding.
- Personal identification and contact information (e.g., name, email, phone, address, educational records).
- Program-specific data including course registration, participation, achievements, and scholarship/sponsorship history.
- Website usage and interaction data to improve services and program delivery.
- Administering scholarships, sponsorships, and GS Academy courses.
- Communicating program updates, academic announcements, and research outcomes.
- Promoting student achievements, case studies, or professional testimonials.
- Conducting program evaluation and continuous improvement.
- Participant consent allows GS JEWEL to use personal data for professional, academic, and promotional purposes.
- Data may be shared with authorized partners, sponsors, or research collaborators under confidentiality agreements.
- GS JEWEL implements robust technical and administrative safeguards to protect data integrity and confidentiality.
- Data will be retained solely for program-related or legal purposes.
- Participants may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data by submitting a formal request to contact@gsjewelmm.com.
- Certain records may be retained for legitimate professional or legal obligations despite deletion requests.
- Participants must provide accurate and truthful information.

- Reproduction, distribution, or modification of GS JEWEL content requires explicit written authorization.

- By participating, students grant GS JEWEL a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, publish, or disseminate submitted materials and achievements.
