As an affiliate of GS JEWEL Myanmar, understanding your payments and revenue is key to tracking your success. Below are some important details about how payments and revenue reports work, including additional safeguards to protect both you and GS JEWEL Myanmar.
Tracking Your Earnings
Affiliates can track their revenue through the Affiliate Program Member Dashboard. The dashboard allows you to view:
Total Earnings: See the accumulated commissions for all sales made through your referral code.
Pending Sales: View sales that are still being processed or awaiting confirmation.
Completed Sales: Track the final approved sales that have been eligible for commission payout.
Please note: Revenue displayed in the dashboard may take up to 72 hours to reflect after a sale is made. This is to ensure proper validation and tracking, preventing any discrepancies.
Understanding Payment Thresholds
Commissions will only be paid out once your total earnings reach $100 USD.
If your earnings fall below $100, the balance will roll over until the minimum threshold is met.
Once your balance reaches $100 USD or more, the Payment Request button will automatically activate in your Affiliate Program Member Dashboard, allowing you to request a payout.
Payment Methods
Payments are processed via:
PayPal (preferred option for faster and secure transfers).
Bank transfers to Singapore or Thai bank accounts.
Make sure your PayPal account or bank account details are up-to-date in your affiliate profile to ensure smooth payment processing.
Important Alert: Protecting Your Account
GS JEWEL Myanmar will never request your bank account details or PayPal information until you request a payment.
If you are contacted by anyone asking for your banking or PayPal information prior to requesting a payment, be awarethat this may be an attempt to fraudulently access your personal details.
Only provide payment details when you request a payment through the official Affiliate Program Member Dashboard.
Do not share your personal payment information via email, social media, or any other communication platform unless you are sure it is an official request made through your affiliate dashboard.
Alert: We advise all affiliates to be vigilant and report any suspicious activity immediately to [gsjewelrysell@gmail.com]. We take the security of your account seriously and will never ask for your banking information unsolicited.
How to Request a Payment
Once your balance reaches $100 USD, the Payment Request button will automatically activate in your dashboard.
After clicking the Payment Request button, you can submit your withdrawal request. Please note that after you submit your request, our team will review your payment request, which may take up to 7 working days.
Once your payment request is approved, and your bank details are verified, we will start the 30-day holding period before issuing the payment.
30-Day Holding Period for Payment Requests
To ensure that customers have sufficient time to request refunds (in case of dissatisfaction or other reasons), we implement a 30-day holding period after your payment request is submitted. Here’s how it works:
Step 1: After your payment request is submitted and your bank details are verified, we begin the 30-day holding period from the date of approval.
Step 2: During this 30-day period, if a customer requests a refund on any sale associated with your referral, we will hold the payment until the issue is resolved.
Step 3: If no refund requests are made during the 30-day period, your payment will be cleared, and we will proceed with the transfer of funds.
This holding period is in place to protect the rights of our customers and ensure that there are no fraudulent or return-related claims that affect the revenue earned by affiliates. If no refund requests are made within the 30-day window, the funds will be transferred to your provided PayPal or bank account.
Payment Issues & Transfer Failures
If there is an issue with transferring your payment, or if we are unable to reach you via your provided payment details, you will not be able to receive your payment until the issue is resolved.
To avoid complications, make sure your payment details are accurate and up to date. If your transfer fails, we will contact you directly to correct any issues.
To prevent delays and ensure that you can successfully receive your payment, please make sure to carefully review and follow our payment terms and method availability before submitting your payment request.
Payment Protection and Safeguards for GS JEWEL Myanmar
To protect both the affiliate and GS JEWEL Myanmar, the following measures are in place:
Commission Adjustment: In the event of customer returns or chargebacks, commissions will be adjusted accordingly, and any outstanding balances will be deducted from future earnings.
Fraud Prevention: We use advanced fraud detection tools to identify any suspicious activities or false claims. If we find any fraudulent activities or misuse of the referral program, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate an affiliate account and revoke any outstanding commissions.
Clear Communication: Any changes to the terms of the affiliate program, payment schedules, or commission rates will be communicated in advance through the Affiliate Program Member Dashboard and email notifications.
Revenue Reports
Affiliates have access to detailed revenue reports that show:
The date of each sale made using your referral code.
The amount earned from each sale.
Status of each sale (pending or confirmed).
Any refunds or cancellations that affect your earnings.
These reports are available in the Affiliate Program Member Dashboard and can be downloaded for your records.

Additional Best Practices to Protect Your Earnings:
Avoid Using Multiple Accounts: Affiliates are not allowed to create multiple accounts or use fraudulent methods to generate sales. Any attempt to manipulate or artificially inflate sales will result in account suspension and forfeiture of commissions.
Transparency: Be transparent about your referral activities. Ensure that all promotional methods comply with GS JEWEL Myanmar’s policies and local laws. Misleading or deceptive marketing practices may result in termination from the program.
