GS Affiliate Program Terms & Guidelines

Welcome to the GS Affiliate Program! We’re excited to have you as part of our team and look forward to a mutually beneficial partnership. The following guidelines and terms outline the structure and expectations for affiliates participating in the program.

1. Program Overview

As an affiliate of GS JEWEL Myanmar, you will have the opportunity to earn a commission by promoting and selling our products. Each affiliate member will receive a 10% commission on sales generated through their unique referral code.

Note: The Affiliate Program is exclusively associated with the digital product: the Procreate Preset Gemstone Cut Template, priced at $45 USD.

2. Eligibility

• Affiliates must be at least 18 years old.

• Affiliates must have a valid PayPal account or a Singapore or Thai bank account for payment transfers.

• Affiliates must agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.

3. How to Join the GS Affiliate Program

• Register: To join the GS Affiliate Program, simply visit the Affiliate Program Registration Page on the GS JEWEL Myanmar website and sign up.

• Get Your Referral Code: After registration, you’ll automatically receive a unique 10-digit referral code tied to your account. This code is used to track your sales and ensure you earn commissions for your referrals.

• Confirmation Email: Once your registration is complete, you’ll receive a confirmation email with:

  • Your unique referral code.

  • A link to your Affiliate Program Member Dashboard.

  • A sharable product link to promote GS JEWEL Myanmar’s Procreate Preset Gemstone Cut Template.

  • A sharable product link to promote GS JEWEL Myanmar’s products.

  • Instructions on how to track your sales, view your commission balance, and request payouts once you reach the $100 minimum threshold.

4. Referral Code & Tracking

• Each affiliate will be provided with a unique Referral Code.

• Affiliates earn commissions when sales are made through their referral code, tracked by our system.

• The commission rate is 10% of the total sale price (excluding taxes, shipping, or discounts).

5. Payment Terms

• Commissions are accumulated and available for withdrawal once the total reaches $100 USD.

• Affiliates can request a payment via PayPal, or for convenience, through Singapore or Thai bank accounts.

• No withdrawals will be processed if the balance is below $100 USD.

• Payments will be made directly to the affiliate's PayPal account or bank account (Singapore or Thai bank only).

• Affiliates can view their accumulated commission balance and other program-related data via the Affiliate Program Member Dashboard.

6. Commission Structure

• Each affiliate earns 10% commission on each sale made through their unique referral link.

• The sale price for the Procreate Preset Gemstone Cut Template is $20 USD, meaning affiliates earn $2 USD for each sale they generate.

• Commissions are only paid for successful sales. Refunded or canceled orders will not be eligible for commission.

7. Withdrawal Process

• Payments are processed monthly once the affiliate's balance reaches $100 USD.

• Requests for payment will be reviewed and processed via PayPal or Singapore/Thai Bank account (based on the affiliate's preference).

• No commission payments will be made below the $100 USD threshold.

• After clicking the Payment Request button, affiliates will submit their withdrawal request. After submission, our team will review the payment request, which may take up to 7 working days.

• After approval, a 30-day holding period will be applied before funds are transferred. This is to ensure that no refund requests are made during the customer’s 30-day return window. Once this period is complete, funds will be transferred to the affiliate’s provided PayPal or bank account.

Important: The Payment Request button will only activate once an affiliate’s balance reaches $100 USD.

8. Affiliate Dashboard

Affiliates will have access to a Member Dashboard, where they can:

• Track commissions earned.

• View sales reports.

• Request withdrawals when the $100 minimum is met.

• Manage referral codes and other settings.

• Add and manage affiliate teams (for multi-level referrals).

Note: Sales revenue and commissions displayed on the dashboard may take up to 72 hours to update after a sale is made.

9. Affiliate Code Sharing & Promotion

• Affiliates are encouraged to share their referral code through social media, blogs, websites, and other channels to maximize their sales.

• Spamming or any unethical marketing practices are strictly prohibited.

• Affiliates must not misrepresent GS JEWEL Myanmar products or brand in any way.

• Any attempt to manipulate or artificially inflate sales may result in disqualification from the program and forfeiture of earned commissions.

10. Team Building

• Affiliates can build and manage their own affiliate teams by referring other potential affiliates.

• Team members can earn commissions based on their own sales, and affiliates can earn a percentage of sales generated by their referred team members.

• Teams and sub-affiliates must adhere to the same rules and guidelines as individual affiliates.

11. Program Termination

• GS JEWEL Myanmar reserves the right to terminate an affiliate’s participation in the program at any time, without notice, for violations of the program rules or unethical behavior.

• Affiliates can opt out of the program at any time by contacting GS JEWEL Myanmar, but any commissions due will still be paid based on their final sales.

12. Refunds and Cancellations

• If a sale is refunded or canceled, the affiliate’s commission for that sale will be reversed, and any outstanding balance will be adjusted accordingly.

13. Confidentiality & Privacy

• Affiliates agree to keep all personal and sales-related information confidential.

• GS JEWEL Myanmar will not share your personal details outside of the program and will only use data for tracking commissions and program management.

14. Program Modifications

• GS JEWEL Myanmar reserves the right to modify or update the Affiliate Program terms, commission structure, and payout processes at any time.

• Any changes to the program will be communicated via email or through the affiliate dashboard.

15. Disclaimers & Limitations

• GS JEWEL Myanmar is not responsible for any technical issues or failures in the affiliate program that may affect tracking or payment.

• Affiliates are responsible for reporting any discrepancies in their earnings or sales data promptly.

Important Alert: GS JEWEL Myanmar will never request your PayPal or bank account details unless you request a payment. If you are contacted by anyone asking for this information before you request a payment, please be cautious. Only provide payment details when you request a payout through the official Affiliate Program Member Dashboard.
